- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole source to DH Instruments, Inc., 4765 Beautiful Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85044-5318. This acquisition is for one (1) each Pneumatic Deadweight Test System. Delivery shall be no later than (60) days after date of order with inspection/acc eptance at destination and FOB destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
