Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole source to Dynetics, Inc., 1000 Explorer Blvd. NW, Huntsville, AL 35806. This acquisition is for (21) each TCS-1000 Upgrade Kits. Delivery shall be no later than (180) days after date of order with inspection/acceptance at destina tion and FOB destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
