- TACOM Rock Island is conducting market research to determine sources interested in submitting a proposal for the M58 Aiming Post Light, NSN: 1290-00-169-1934, Part Number 11730975 and the M59 Aiming Post Light, NSN: 1290-00-169-1935, Part Number 11 730976 for use on the 60mm Mortar. These items contain tritium and the successful offeror will be required to have a valid Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) License. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This is a market survey announcement for informational planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Information submitted will be co nsidered an exchange of capabilities. Any proprietary information should be properly identified.
