- (This presolicitation synopsis is subject to change) Red River Army Depot, an ISO 9002 certified U.S. Army Depot has a requirement for a vendor to cover the work, material, equipment, and controls that shall be required to furnish, intall and make op erational an automatic vehicle wash system in an existing vehicle wash facility at Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. RRAD is located approximately 18 miles west of Texarkana, Texas via Interstate Highway 30. A site visit is recommended but not require d. The solicitation will be available for download from the Red River Army Depot website at http://www.redriver.army.mil/contractingframes/opensolicitations2.cfm on or about the week of 16-19 July 07.
