- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Lionheart Consulting Inc., 13732 Harpers Ferry Rd, Purcellville, VA 20132. The contractor sha ll provide technical and managerial support to ATC on the OSD TRMC (Test Resource Management Center) T&E/S&T program in multi-spectral technology. Lionheart Consulting, Inc. has unique proprietary information and detailed knowledge of non-disclosed informa tion as a result of providing subject matter expert support as a member of the Multi-Spectral Working group. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541611 and the size standard is $6.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, July 17, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solic itation of offers.
