- In the course of normal facility transformations within the USAG Heidelberg Area for example: Koenigstuhl, Hammonds Barracks, Nachrichtenkaserne, Patrick Henry Village etc., there is a periodic requirement to place and transport containers and disp ose of collected materials at a certified, recognized and suitable disposal location in accordance with German Environmental Laws on waste disposal (German Abfallbeseitigungsgesetz) and all other laws, regulations and ordinances from the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis . The annual estimates are 600 tons of recyclable and 400 tons non-recyclable waste material.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
