- The primary purpose of the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) work is to support the government in identifying all laws, policies, regulations and other constraints and clearly identifying them in BEA. This requires the ability to a dapt quickly to changing methods and content and to provide outputs in various forms to our customers. It is also required to develop and keep current documentation of the processes and procedures related to these efforts. RFI: W91QUZ-DOORS-RFI-BTA was the origional synopses for this solicitation. Numbered Notes: 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
