- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Radeye Radiation Detectors and Accessories (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written price quote for all clins and proposal reference RFQ number FA2517-07-T-6059. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fed Acquisition Circular 2005-02. (IV) This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423490 (Small Business Size Standard: 100 people). (V) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial items: ? The Radeye G Personal Dose Rate Meter ?or equal? must have these characteristics; - Operate in CPS, Level 0-9, and R/hr modes (user selectable) - Offers the ability to detect gamma radiation down to 40 keV (an important function for detecting the presence of Am-241 as well as other Medical isotopes. - Three user selectable alarm modes ?
