- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), 100% Small-Business setaside contract for the purchase of Simulator Actuators Repair in support of the 46 Test Wing at Eglin. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F1T0EB7187A001. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219, with a small business size standard of $6.5M. Please identify/confirm your business size in your response based upon this standard. This purchase request shall meet the following requirements: CLIN 0001: REPAIR PITCH AXIS (READOUT SIDE) ACTUATOR AND AZIMUTH ACTUATORS ON TARGET GIMBAL SET ON FLIGHT MOTION SIMULATOR (FMS) 80666 AND AN ADDITIONAL THREE ACTUATORS ON VARIOUS SYSTEMS. ONE MECHANICAL FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ON-SITE FOR APPROXIMATELY SEVEN DAYS. PRICE SHOULD INCLUDE TRAVEL TIME AND EXPENSES INCLUDING REPLACEMENT O-RINGS. CLIN 0002: EACH ADDITIONAL DAY OF MECHANICAL FIELD SERVICE SUPPORT IF REQUIRED. CLIN 0003: FIELD SERVICE FOR THE COMPENSATION AND TUNING OF THE CASCADE (AND/OR MPACS) SERVO CONTROLLER IF REQUIRED AFTER THE MECHANICAL SERVICE IS COMPLETE. CLIN 0004: FIELD SERVICE FOR THE COMPENSATION AND TUNING OF THE MADES SERVO CONTROLLER IF REQUIRED AFTER THE MECHANICAL SERVICE IS COMPLETE. Delivery is FOB Destination.
