- Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide "REPLACE AC UNIT FOR MRI AND CATH LAB". Work includes general construction, alterations, renovations, including material, equipment and supervision, and labor to replace A/C units in the MRI and Cath Lab at the VA Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida, and other associated work as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 238220/size standard is $13 million. Cost range is $250,000-$500,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The issue date is 7/25/07.
