- Description
- V-- NF/SGVHS, VAMC, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida is soliciting proposals under VA-248-07-RQ-0067 for courier service from Gainesville to four VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) located in Lecanto, Leesburg, The Villages, and Ocala. Service shall include pick-up, transport and delivery of items to and from each clinic location to the Gainesville VAMC, 2 times per day, five days per week, excluding Government holidays for the period beginning on or around August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008, with four, one-year renewal options. The size standard is 1500 and the NAICS is 492110. This procurement is 100% Set-aside for veteran owned Small Businesses. All small veteran owned responsible sources may submit an offer. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on July 27, 2007. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the commercial item format in FAR 12.303.
