- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation issued. STATEMENT OF WORK: Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA-247-07-RQ-0173 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document an incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-15. NAICS is 339112. The Department of Veterans Affairs Columbia, SC requires the following: ONE (1) I3 Innovative Imaging Inc; System ABD Version 3 Diagnostic Ultrasound AND ONE (1) 20 MHz option for System ABD. The following provision applies to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and conditions. The government contemplates award of a firm fixed price single award contract resulting from this solicitation. All offerors responding to this announcement shall submit all information to Contracting Officer, Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36109 by 2:30 PM CST, on July 18, 2007.
