- Description
- Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment and supervision to perform project number 668-08-105 "Replace building 32 and 33 windows and heating". This project will replace 47 existing windows in both Building 32 and 33 and provide 9 floor space heaters in Building 32 at VA Medical center 4815 n. Assembly, Spokane, Washington. This Project shall provide the following items of work for VA Medical Center, Spokane, Washington. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following. Contractor to verify that the equipment priced under this scope of work meets applicable Government standards and criteria for equipment of this nature. Demolish 47 existing window in Buildings 32 and 33. Provide 47 new energy efficient windows. Provide dedicated 208 electrical service as necessary to facilitated installation of the 9 new heaters. Install new equipment. Provide the operation and maintenance manuals (two each) for new equipment. Provide a minimum one year warranty. All work shall be installed in accordance with NFPA 99. Disruption of the service shall be coordinated with the facility and may require work to be performed during weekends or outside of normal working hours. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 236220 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available after July 26, 2007.
