- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) OCPO, Northern (Philadelphia) Field Contracting Operations, Philadelphia Operations Branch, intends to procure on-site field reviews of appraisals in Buffalo, New York, and the surrounding areas within the jurisdiction of HUD's Buffalo field office. For each case assigned, the contractor shall inspect the property and submit a completed Appraisal Review Report (ARR) via a web-based system, followed by a signed hard copy with supporting documentation. All assignments must be completed, with the final electronic and hard copies of the ARR received, no later than 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the assignment. For detailed information regarding the required services, see the Statement of Work included in the Supplemental Documentation, which is available for download on the HUD website at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Quotes should be submitted to Shelli Porter via fax at (215) 656-3453, or via email at Shelli.Porter@hud.gov. If you intend to submit a quote via fax, please use the Fee Schedule found on page one of the Supplemental Documentation; if you submit your quote via email, please ensure that the body of the email includes all information requested on the Fee Schedule. Quotes shall only be accepted from appraisers on the FHA Roster. Successful offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration system at: http://www.ccr.gov.
