- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting proposals in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-07-038-REL for the provision of Revenue Enhancement Services including Data Entry, Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable Management, Auditing, and Consultation Services for various Indian Health Service facilities in the Billings Area. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The contractor must have at least three years of experience working with health care facilities in developing revenue enhancement initiatives. Must have three or more years of experience in medical records coding (ICD-9 and CPT-4). Must have knowledge of revenue enhancement cycle processes, private insurance carriers and Medicare reimbursement practices and requirements and be able to demonstrate knowledge. Must have knowledge of a compliance program and HIPAA requirements. The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. Services shall be provided only as authorized by task orders issued in accordance with the Ordering Clause. The Government shall order and the contractor shall furnish at least the stated minimum quantity and, if and as ordered, the Contractor shall furnish any additional quantities, not to exceed the stated maximum quantity during each 12 month period. The contract shall be awarded for a base year with four 12 month options.
