- Description
- The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) intends to negotiate on a sole source bases citing 41 U.S.C. 253?(1) with Gail Unsworth, Inc. The contractor shall assist in the preparation of IRAC documentation for retrieval from the electronic database. Unsworth presently has the knowledge of the Zytmage document retrieval software process and the knowledge of the national and international frequency management agreements, regulations, procedures, and policies. Unsworth presently has the security clearance required to access this information. The total duration of this contract, shall not exceed six (6) months. This is not a request for competitive proposal; however interested companies may submit a capability statement in response to the above requirement with cost information within 10 days from the posting of this notice to Alisa.Sydnor @ noaa.gov or fax to 301-713-0809. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, Reference: NTIA6380713341 in your response.
