- NSN 3110-00-554-5304, PR No: RM06362007; this solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bearing, Roller. This is a critical application item and is not commercial. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which are 396. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 99 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Approved sources for this NSN are Caterpillar, Inc. (11083), Jamaica Bearings Co. Inc. (04836), RBC Aircraft Products Inc (3NPS1), Timken US Corporation (21335) and New Hampshire Ball Bearings (83086). Delivery: FOB Destination, Acceptance is Origin, 78 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
