- Solicitation SPM7L2-07-R-0144 is a 100% small business set-aside for NSN 2510-01-265-1141, Door, Vehicular for a quantity of 212 EA, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 212 EA, if exercised). Approved TACOM drawing cage 19207 12341782 with P/N 12341782-2 and all related data. Requesting phased delivery of 106 pieces in 150-days delivery ADO and the remaining 106 pieces 30-days thereafter or 180-day ADO. NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE ISSUE DATE. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of July 26, 2007. Copies of the RFP will be available on 7/26/07 at HTTP://DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon the best value including a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
