- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through FAC 2005-16, effective March 22, 2007. AG-03R6-S-07-0061 is issued as a Request for Quotations for purchase of cedar shingles as specified in the line items in this synopsis. This RFQ is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423310. The small business size standard is 100 employees. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which shall be considered. LINE ITEM ONE: 126 squares of Red Cedar Shingles, Certigrade, Number 1 Grade, Blue Label, 16 inch at 4/2inches. ITEM ONE TOTAL $__________. ITEM NUMBER TWO: 14 squares of Red Cedar Shingles, Certigrade, Number 1, Grade, Blue Label, 24inch at 4/2 inches. ITEM TWO TOTAL $_________. Delivery of shingles is required by July 15 at the Regional Field Office Facility located at 1615 Catlin, Missoula, MT 59801. Normal hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Advance notice is required to ensure that Government personnel are available to inspect and accept the delivered product. Provisions and clauses noted below may be accessed at http://www.arnet.gov/far. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Quotes shall provide a total price for Line Item One and Line Item Two. Only one award shall be made. Quotes are due June 25, 2007 at 4:00 PM Local Time. The anticipated award date is June 27, 2007. If not registered online via the ORCA website, quoters shall complete and return a copy of 52.212-3 with quotes. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Awarded vendors must be registered in CCR per FAR 52.204-07. The clause at 52.212-5 applies to this solicitation.
