Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is conducting a Pre-Proposal Conference in support of the New Campus East (NCE) Deployment effort on Monday, 18 June 2007. The purpose of the conference is to provide an update on New Campus East Deployment activities as well as answer any questions you may have regarding this acquisition as may be appropriate. The two major requirements categories for the deployment effort are: (1) Planning: to include research, analysis, recommendations, planning and communications (continues to end of program), communications plan, comprehensive deployment plan and constituent sub-plans, inventory control, safety, move security, integrated move scheduling, traffic management, and mission assurance and contingency. (2) Execution: Execute Move to NCE- approved mission equipment and property not covered by separate O&S contracts, production workstations, IT contracts cover disconnects, connects, and special preparation requirements, personal and professional property. Due to the timeline associated with the NCE schedule, and the classification of geospatial intelligence data sources, systems and methodologies, prospective contractors must presently possess adequate cleared facilities, IAS systems and personnel capable of handling and processing TS//TK//NORFORN data. The Conference will be held at the Heitmann Auditorium, Building 214, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-5821. Registration: Registration must be accomplished on-line via the Acquisition Research Center (ARC) UNCLASSIFIED internet site at https://arc.westfields.net by NLT 1630 EDST, 13 June 2007. This notice should not be construed (1) as a commitment by the Government to enter into any agreement with any submitting comments in response to this Notice (2) as a commitment to issue any RFP concerning the subject of this Notice, or (3) as a request for proposals. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-MAY-2007).
