- GSA, FSS intends to establish a (not to exceed one-year) Request for Quote (RFQ)/Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number 5130, Saw, Circular, Electric, Portable. This NSN are part of GSA?s Stock Program. All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB destination. In addition to the normal clauses that apply to all GSA stock tool orders, the following clauses apply; D-FSS-475 Bar Coding and 552.246-70, Non-Manufactured Wood Package Material to European Union (Nov 2001). Award will be based on price and delivery (DARO). Total quantity for five orders is 409, destination to Burlington, New Jersey and French Camp, California.
