- The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of Treasury, intends to issue on a sole source basis, under Simplified Acquisition procedures, to Congressional Quarterly, 1255 22nd Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037, to obtain CQ.com online subscription for the base year plus two option periods. The subscription will provide access to the following data-sources for 6 users: CQ Today Breaking News, CQ Schedules, CQ Bill Track, CQ Bill Analysis, Congressional Record, CQ Members, CQ Committee Coverage, Committee Reports, House Action Reports, CQ Weekly, CQ Senate Watch, CQ Custom Email Alerts. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 pm, EDT on July 12, 2007. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required online subscriptions at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole source award to Congressional Quarterly.
