This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 0001: Electrocardiograph - GE Marquette MAC 5500, AHA, A4 Paper, 220V, 50 Hz w/o special software options. P/N: MAC55-BBGBXX-BXXXXX, Quantity: (3) Item 0002: Trolley - MAC 5000 System Trolley. P/N: 2017210-001, Quantity: (3) ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS - The Contractor will provide the following: 1)Electrical requirements will be 220V, 50 Hz; 2)Two copies of the Operator's Manuals in English; (3)Two copies of the Maintenance Manuals in English; 4)Display and Control Labels in Eng lish; and 5)Statement of Warranty Terms and Conditions in English.
