- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Notify potential offerors that solicitation W15QKN-07-R-0211, previously rescinded by amendment 0002, will be reposted on or about July 19th 2007. 2. Clarify that this requirement is 100% set aside for small business, as stated in the aforementioned RFP, @ ARDEC 168 paragraph 5; SIC/NAICS codes 8711/541330 - $25 million. Any previous references indicating other than 100% small business set-aside are null and void.
