- Description
- The US Army Joint Munitions & Lethality - Life Cycle Management Command, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order, on a sole source basis to Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, Simsbury, CT, for 941 lbs of LF2XA explosive coupons test sample. EBA&D is the sole source supplier for this unique material. Due to the programs tight schedule and the Army specific material requirements for this Qualification testing, LF2XA, proprietary to EBA&D, is the only material that is available in a timely manner. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, entitled "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
