- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91WAW-07-T-0130 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the The Department of Army Review Boards Agency, Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights Office requires Kimball Office Furniture brand items. This procurement will be a fully competative requiremen t. Responses should be quoted in accordance with the RFQ CLINS 0001 thru 0195. Delivery will be to the designated address in the RFQ 30 days ADC. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The RFQ must be be retrieved and downloaded fro CCEs website at: http: //dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/Services/htm click on RFPS ; select the desired RFQ (W91WAW-07-T-0130), Titled: Kimball Office Furniture , and click on the process botton. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter t heir representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Contract evaluation and subsequent award shall be based on Lowest Overall Cost for all CLINs. The Request for Quote and a copy of the Sit e Survey/Floor Plan can be obtained from the CCE Homepage at: http//dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp, Title: Kimball Office Furniture and Installation. Responses to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation must be signed, dated, and received via electronic mail or fax by 16 July 2007 no later than 12:00PM Eastern Time at the Contracting Center of Excellence, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-5200. Res ponses should be marked with the solicitation number and addressed to Gregory E. Young, Contract Specialist. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be considered.
