- Description
- The Southern Region Contracting Center East will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), 100% set aside for a Small Business, with the intent to award a firm-fixed Price contract to provide military services contract for the Adjutant General (AG) Military Personnel Services Division (MPSD) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The installation is the home of the U.S. Army Signal Center, which trains more soldiers than any other branch training center of the United States Army. This requirement is for the acquisition of services in the areas of military personnel actions; records processing and management; personnel manning; casualty management; transition and separations processing; personnel information systems management; and administrative processing of soldiers returned to military control. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other items and services except that which is made avai lable by the Government to ensure that military personnel services are performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Required services are commercial, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, shall apply to this acquisition. NAICS code is 561210 and the small business size standard is $32.5M. Contract will be for a Base Period of twelve (12) months and four (4) twelve month Option years. Request for proposal will be posted on the following web site on or about 20 July 2007 : http://www.fedbizopps.gov. There is no cost to register, review procurement data, or submit a proposal on the Federal Business Opportunities website. No paper package is or will be made available. No telephone or faxed bids are accepted. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR).
