- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F3RGF07184A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0314 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0327. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System code is 333924, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. Contract will consist of one (1) line item. CLIN 0001: One (1) each trailer mounted articulating boom lift, New Genie Trailer Mounted Boom Lift, Model # TZ-34/20 or equal. SPECIFICATIONS: Maximum working height of approximately 40-feet. The lift shall be electrically powered and able to use a standard 120-volts AC, single phase receptacle/outlet. The lift shall be equipped with hydraulic outriggers, automatic leveling system, parking breaks, dual pneumatic jockey wheels, surge brakes, and tow hitch. The lift shall also have tilt alarm/sensor, all necessary electrical wiring to the platform, proportional speed control system, and hour meter. TERMS OF DELIVERY: Quotation shall include all freight delivery costs for FOB destination to Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station Wainae, Hawaii 96792. CONTRACTING PROCEDURES: The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this Request for Quotation to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror whose quotation is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: 1. Offeror must ensure the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Nov 2006) (this must be completed on http://orca.bpn.gov), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun 2005), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance Payment Program Certificate (Jun 2005) is included with the quotation. Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet, https://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.arnet.far.gov. 2. If submitting an equal product, (instead of Model # TZ-34/20) submit extended item description to include specifications for technical comparison, 3. Vendors shall register on Central Contactor Registration (CCR) and provide their company?s Cage Code on their quote, 4. Include delivery date, 5. Tax Identification Number, and 6. GSA Contract Number if applicable.
