- This is a request for quotation (RFQ) under subject reference number. Note: This will be the only posting. There will be no future solicitation. On behalf of the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI), the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/A7KS) intends to purchase, on a competitive basis, 50 each of the WAT-232 Day/Night C-Mount Cameras (front) and Lenses for Light Armored Vehicles (LAV). Justification for the brand name is supported because AFOSI must standardize all LAVs. Vendors must meet ALL of the following technical specifications for the WAT-232 cameras and lenses: a. Pick-up element ? Must be 1/3 inch interline transfer CCD image sensor. b. Total number of pixels must be 811(H) x 508(V) (NTSC), 795(H) x 596(V). c. Total number of effective pixels must be 768(H) x 494(V) (NTSC), 752(H) x 582(V) (PAL). d. Must have a unit cell size of 6.35um(H) x 7.4um(V) (NTSC), 6.5um(H) x 6.25um(V) (PAL) e. Must have a 2:1 interlace scanning system. f. Must have an internal synchronizing system. g. Must have 1.0Vp-p, 75ohm unbalanced video output. h. Horizontal resolution must be composite: 450TVL, Y/C: 480TVL (Center). i. Gamma correction must be 0.45. j. Must have AGC of 8-36dB. k. S/N ratio must be 50dB (AGC OFF). l. Must have AE mode of EI (1/60-1/100,000sec.(NTSC), 1/50-1/100,000sec.(PAL)), OFF, FL. m. Must have minimum color illumination of 0.1 1x. F1.2 and monochrome of 0.006Ix, F1.2. n. Back light compensation must be ON/OFF selectable. o. White balance must be AWB/PWB. p. Video level must be 75 IRE / 100 IRE. q. Must have a CS lens mount. r. Auto iris must be video/DC driven (auto-select). s. Must contain installation screw U 1/4inch (D=5mm)(Top/Bottom). t. Power supply must be DC +9.5V-15V (recommendation 12v + 15%). u. Must have a max current of 180mA. v. Must be able to operate in temperatures of -10 degrees C - +40 degrees C. w. Must have a storage temperature range of -30 degrees C - +70 degrees C. x. Must have the following dimensions: 43.5(W) x 44.0(H) x 66.8(D) mm. y. Must weigh 150g. z. Must contain necessary accessories such as DC-plug (WPDC12), Hex key wrench, and Iris plug (AIC-G). NAIC is 443130 with a size standard of $6.5M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in order to do business with the Government. Closing date for quotations is 12:00 pm Eastern-Standard time on 18 Jul 07. Please include the vendor cage code, DUNS, tax ID, business size and POC information with your quote, as well as literature on your product specifications. Electronic quotes are required. Award of the RFQ will be made on or about 24 Jul 07.
