- Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, Replace Hangar Doors and Snow Melt System, Bldg. 850, RVKQ 01-0057, to include the following: (1) Remove existing east and west hangar sliding doors and appurtenances. (2) Remove existing door tracks including guides and hangars. (3) Install new door tracks, guides and stops. (4) Install new hangar doors & appurtenances at Bldg. 850. (5) Remove concrete for snow melt system. (6) Install snow melt system & new concrete slabs. (7) Temporary partition. Work to be performed at the 914 Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance Time 400 calendar days. Tentative issue date on or about 25 July 2007, with IFB closing date approximately 30 days thereafter. The NAICS code is 238190, the SIC code is 1791 and the Small Business Size Standard is $13 Million. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. The solicitation is Full & Open Competition with a 10% evaluation preference for HubZone concerns. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All offerors must be registered in CCR for award. Bid, Payment & Performance Bonds will be required.
