- The Government intends to negotiate and make a sole source award to Link2Health Solutions, 660 Broadway, Suite 200, New York, NY to provide a Suicide Prevention Hotline and related services. These services will be provided to veterans via the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The hotline is a national 24 hour, toll-free suicide prevention service the Department of Health and Human Services' 1-800-273-TALK call number. Link2Health Solutions has the exclusive license to utilize this call number. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. The contract period is a base year with an option for 4 additional years.
