- Notice of Intent. The VA Medical Center Chillicothe, Ohio intends to issue a purchase order to American Medical Depot, 4380 NW 135th Street, Opa-Locka, FL 33054 for one (1) each Lumenis Selecta II Glaucoma Laser System to be delivered to the VA Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe, Ohio. NAICS 339112 applies. This notice is not a request for quotes; however contractors who believe they can provide the required system may give written notice along with documentation in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to comply with the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer (90C), VA Medical Center, 17273 S.R. 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601 within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement. All written responses received within the specified time will be evaluated and considered. A determination to compete the requirements based on responses received will be solely within the discretion of the Government.
