- Management and Training Corporation is soliciting cost proposals from qualified health professionals to provide subcontracted medical services to students (16-24 yrs old) at the Hawaii Job Corps Center in Waimanalo, HI and Maui Job Corps Center in Makawao, Maui, HI. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following positions: Waimanalo - Dental Services, Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Services, Mental Health Consultant Services and Optometry Services and at Makawao,Maui - Dental Services, Mental Health Consultant Services, TEAP Counseling Services and Optometry Services. All subcontracts listed will be awarded for the base term period covering September 1, 2007 through April 30, 2009 with (three) one year option years.
