- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-12. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333912, size standard of employees is 500. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG35-07-Q-6KMMHG. The Government proposes to solicit quotes with the intent of issuing a contract for an EPE 200-2S Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor. Evaluation will be based on best value criteria. The contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Par 13.1.
