- The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and incidental supplies necessary to construct Brown Mountain Appalachian Trail Bridge located on the Glenwood and Pedlar Ranger Districts in Amherst County, Virginia on the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, treatment method 4; removal of structures and obstructions; minor structural excavation and backfill; treated structural timber and lumber; concrete method A; and seeding, dry method with mulch. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Successful Quoters are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database before award can be made. You may register at the CCR website at www.ccr.gov.
