- Solicitation for NSN 2840-01-374-0876, Liner, Turbine Component, and Purchase Request number 0015522586. The only approved sources for this item are General Electric, cage 07482, and Whitcraft LLC, cage 32543. Export Control applies. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service. Certified requestors should submit TDP request to DSCR via the internet. The internet address is https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd/. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. Solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 1,840 each. This solicitation contains a First Article ? Government Testing ? Requirement. First Article requirement-inspection and acceptance at origin. The requested delivery schedule is 389 days after receipt of order, FOB Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery of 540 each to New Cumberland, PA and 1300 each to Tracy, CA. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This NSN is a configuration control item and a critical application item. Solicitation issue date is July 25, 2007 with a closing date of August 9, 2007.
