- NSN 6135-01-162-0943, Battery Pack. Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) is 2324 EA, PR IQC07115009001. The solicitation will include a term of base period plus four option periods. This IQC will support CONUS, OCONUS, & FMS Customer Direct requirements. Critical Application Item; destination inspection required. The Government?s required delivery schedule is 1 day after receipt of order (ARO), FOB Origin, for Priority 1 through 3 and Priority 4 through 15 (RDD of 444, 555, 777, N**, E**, or Julian date within 8 days of order receipt); and 3 days for Priority 4 through 15 (all others). Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a 3C procurement. Surge requirements of 1 each within 90 days exist for this NSN. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR).
