UTILIZED ON HERCULES C-130 AIRCRAFT This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 9 each plus a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 178 days. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
