- Description
- The Navy requires technical services to maintain its security systems at the NAVFAC Engineering Command Headquarters located in several Buildings at the Washington Navy Yard. The systems include: (1) an AMAG access control system; (2) a surveillance system; and (3) a Ferrups FE Series backup power system. Services include on-call maintenance, preventive and software maintenance. The contractor shall provide, in accordance with the government Statement of Work, software expertise to assist in the maintenance and support of the systems. In particular, the contractor shall employ technicians with strong knowledge of AMAG access control systems and compatible equipment. The effort is for a Base Year and four (4) one year options. Award will be made based on Best Value to the government under simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13, with FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 incorporated into the order. Source selection criteria are (1) technical capability, (2) past performance; (3) and price. The solicitation will be available on ESOL by 11 June 2007 with a due date of 18 June 2007, 2:00 PM.
