- Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to Namtek Corporation, 19 Puritan Drive, Bedford, NH, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a follow-on requirement to provide continued maintenance support and upgrades on existing equipment which comprises the Classified Secret Internet Protocol Routed Network (SIPRNet) on non-Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) dro ps located at the bases that comprise Marine Corps Instatllations East (MCIEAST).
