- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is soliciting proposals to procure the following on a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis: the manufacture of three (3) MSU-170B/E (-3 Configuration) and (2) two MSU-170A/E (-2 Configuration) Stands, Guided Missile Assemblies in accordance with the SOW (to be included in Section C of the Request for Proposal) and Drawing Packages that will be provided upon release of the RFP. The procurement includes an optional quantity of two (2) MSU-170A/E (-2 Configuration) Guided Missle Stands. The MSU-170 is a Guided Missile Stand for HARM All Up Round that is used for assembly/disassembly HARM Sections during maintenance, and is also used to set HARM up for testing. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 26 July 2007. The Government anticipates a 30-day response time for re ceipt of proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall be submitted in writing to Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Code 210000D Attn: Dell Hledik, 429 E. Bowen Road, STOP 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108. The initial delivery is expected in 75 days from award, FOB Destination to China Lake, CA. All responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at the following website: https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. Award is scheduled to occur by 30 Sep 2007. The offeror selected for award will be that offeror determined to be most advantageous to the Government based on the Best Value evaluation.
