- Naval Air Warfare Center (Aircraft Division) Patuxent River, MD, has a requirement for the continuing support to the NAVAIR Comptroller, the Financial Systems Department, and the Business Operations Department AIR 10.0, 10.5, and 10.0E. Work to be performed will be in specific areas of accounting and financial systems, particularly in depth working knowledge of NAVAIR's SIGMA and work in preparation for Navy ERP for the period of 26 August 2007 through 29 February 2008. The contractor shall provide business process support, which includes financial management, change management, and Comptroller human capital initiatives to NAVAIR, AIR 10.0, 10.5, and 10.0E, as determined by the statement of work. It is anticipated that a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. This is a notice of intent to request a proposal from and negotiate with Brace Management Solutions, 9500 Arena Drive, Suite 250, Largo, MD 20774-3709, on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. Responses shall be considered by the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Contracts. Responses without a return address, mailing address, and company telephone number will not be recognized. Proprietary data in the responses will be protected where so designated. NOTE: Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DOD activity. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
