Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor  Blackhawk; Product  Pack S.T.O.M.P Olive Drab (Part #60MP01OD); Quantity = 202. Essential characteristics: Heavy duty 1000 denier nylon; All padded areas are closed cell foam; Adjustable shoulder straps, sternum strap and web belt; Pouches for 2 HydraStorm Hydration Systems. Contract to include an option for addition al quantities up to 250 and may be exercised within one year from date of award. Items are to be shipped to Hanover, MD 21076. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. W81XWH-07-T-0249 is issued by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RF Q) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding mu st be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
