- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Gaymon Nembhard, 160 New York Ave., freeport NY 11520-1539. These systems are proprietary and t hey simplify integration with the existing field instruments.
