- PR: F2BTBL7183AQ01 Filomena Gomez 09 July 2007 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - 09 July 2007 - HANSCOM AFB intends to issue a purchase order under FAR 13.501, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to SIRSIDYNIX, on a Sole Source basis to purchase the following service line items: CLIN 0001: UNICORN SaaS current customer setup and migration to move and restore Hanscom AFB Library database from old server to hosted server CLIN 0002: SIRSI. Net Unicorn SaaS Annual base maintenance package This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-17 effective 14 June 2007. This requirement is determined to be available from only one authorized source. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government with an award date on or about 16 July 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
