- Amendment 0004 The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1) Give clarification on Amendment 2 Questions and Answers for question number five (5) of Solicitation SA13017RQ0019. The following question number five (5) has been replaced in its entirety. The correct answer to question number five (5) of Amendment 2 is: ?No, Global Network Systems (GNS) is not the incumbent contractor performing these services. GNS is performing similar work for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This solicitation is a separate requirement for the offices of International Trade Administration (ITA), and Office of the General Counsel (OGC). In addition, this solicitation requirement does not include any work for the OCIO office.? 2. Solicitation SA13017RQ0019 response date is extended to Monday, July 16, 2007 at 2:00 PM local time in Washington, D.C. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-JUL-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
