- Description
- The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Regional Mission to Central Asia (USAID/CAR), is seeking proposals to provide the services described in the attached Request for Proposals. Any type of commercial, not-for-profit or educational institution may submit offers for this contract, with or without a fee. However, a fee will not be paid if an advance payment method is approved for a not-for-profit or educational institution. If you decide to submit a proposal, it must be presented in accordance with the attached solicitation and received no later than 10:00 a.m., local Almaty, Kazakhstan, time on the Closing Date indicated above at the place shown below.
