- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled "Optical Surface Micro-Roughness Metrology Requirements," Reference No. PR420020412 which was posted on June 15, 2007. You are notified that this modification constitutes a Request for Proposal. This modification adds the evaluation criteria and extends the due date for proposals. The evaluation criteria that will be used during the evaluation process will be lowest cost, technically acceptable. The due date for responses has been extended to July 13, 2007. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
