- Single award contract for the period beginning from the Date of Award and ending June 30, 2008 for the Social Security Administration. Anticipate approximately 4 orders per year for the combined total for the Mid Year Mailer, OCR Form and Notices to be approximately 481,610 per year of approximately 5-8 pages per notice. Note: The majority of the quantity will be processed in August. Operations include the production of five (5) English and five (5) Spanish language mailers, consisting of a personalized notice, personalized OCR scannable form, instruction sheet, a Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM) return envelope, and a mail-out envelope, which require such operations as the receipt and processing of cartridges; composition; printing (in one or two ink colors); variable imaging in black ink (computerized printing with 2D barcodes); folding; inserting; and, mailing.
