- Description
- The U.S. Marine Corps will be soliciting for usage, pick-up, laundry and delivery of bath towels, hand towels, shop rags and various mats to be supplied by contractor according to the Statement Of Work contained in the solicitation. Laundering or disposal of hazmat soaked towels must be in accordance with all Federal, State, Local regulations, and EPA guidelines. Contract will be issued for one base year and two option years. This procurement is being conducted under the simplified acquisition procedure identified within FAR 12 for commercial items and is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. As such, the award may be made within 30 days of the date of this announcement. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this internet site for the release of amendments (if any). Contractor must have a valid registration in the Central Contractor Regis tration (CCR) www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil. Solicitations shall be mailed or e-mailed to the following address: Contract Support Management Office, Attn: Alice Settle, Blount Island Command, 5880 Channel View Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32226-3404.
